Acquisition of MEYPAR S.L.
Oliva Torras industrial group has acquired the entire shareholding of the company Meypar (Maquinaria de Estacionamientos y Parkimetros, S.L), giving continuity to the project that began a few years ago. Meypar is a company that develops equipment and services for the parking sector, both inside parking systems and parking meters. Its team has a long history in the sector, that now is going to be enhanced with the production capacity, technical and organizational of the group, as well as synergies between the different business areas of the company. Meypar has a strong presence in the domestic market and in Latin America. This acquisition follows a strategic plan for progress, growth and internationalization.
