Meypar at Intertraffic 2014
On March 28th and after four days of intense influx of visitors, the twenty-second edition of Intertraffic Amsterdam,the biannual event which is of forced visit for industry professionals from traffic and transport, was closed Meypar caught the attention of a large number of visitors presenting their new proposals on and off-street. The first of these, the VIA series is the new generation of parking meters for SmartCity. It satisfies a wide range of needs offering from basic solutions for the operation of blue zones, to powerful kiosks with multimedia capability that interact with other sub-systems to provide a comprehensive solution to a global concept of mobility: sensing of seats, electric vehicle charging, bicycle parking, pedestrian areas, intermodal transportation, mobile payment applications, information services to citizens, monitoring and control. At the same time the INGENIA series was presented, the new top of the range solutions for access control that Meypar has developed based on the study of the interaction between users and terminals. INGENIA is a complete series easier to use, with more features and attractive and functional aesthetics, in which hardware and software are tailored to the needs of end users and operators. Intertraffic confirmed what is the trend of technological solutions for mobility, proposals increasingly focused to services where the software and cloud applications are integrated to solve the needs of the SmartCity. Intertraffic 2014 was definitely the ideal place to celebrate Meypar's 10th anniversary and to strengthen its position as a major player in the industry scenario.
