Innotrans 2014. Once again expectations has been exceeded
The tenth edition of the International fair Innotrans, the reference event for the rail industry, closed its doors on September 26, beating, again, all the expectations that were placed both in terms of participation (with a 10% increase in the total amount of visitors) and the number of exhibitors, that this year was around 2,700. Innotrans 2014 brought together companies from a wide variety of specialities ranging from builders of last generation high-speed trains to producers of raw and manufactured materials that are used in the construction of railway infrastructure and rolling stock. Again the real units exposed on the outside (trains, locomotives, trams and metro), was highly valued, highlighting the presence of one of the units of the Copenhagen Metro project in which Oliva Torras Railway has collaborated with the engineering and supplying materials for its interior. The Oliva Torras' railway division attracted once again the attention of many visitors, potential customers and suppliers, that were interested in gathering information about our capabilities in manufacturing and developing comprehensive interior design projects, and the supplying of turnkey series for trains, trams and metros. It's been 2 years since our first participation at InnoTrans 2012 where we presented the creation of the division. Since then, major builders have placed their trust in our ability to participate in major projects. The increasing interest of key industry players for Oliva Torras Railway stated in this year's edition of the event, reveals that we are already part of the panel of strategic suppliers of railway interiors.
