Internal information channel

The company provides employees, customers and suppliers with an internal reporting channel for reporting any behaviour to the company that is contrary to the Code of Ethics.

The REPORT should contain a clear and detailed statement of the events, the identity (if known) of the alleged offender, the date or timeframe in which the events occurred, a list of documents or any other evidence that supports the reporting of the events, and the identity of any witnesses who may have knowledge of the events. It will also be necessary to provide a means of contact where information on the progress of the report can be sent.

The internal reporting channel has a specific PROCEDURE approved for the purpose of investigating reports handled by the Body Responsible for the Internal Reporting System (hereinafter BRIRS).

The BRIRS will register the report, assign it an internal code and communicate it to the whistleblower within seven calendar days of filing. The BRIRS will investigate the reported events, determine the steps to be taken and prepare a report on the conclusions, which will generally be communicated to the whistleblower within three months after initiating proceedings.

The internal reporting channel is governed by the principles of confidentiality, respect for the presumption of innocence and protection of the whistleblower.

Personal data to which the BRIRS has access will only be processed for the investigation of the report in accordance with the Data Protection Policy.
