Oliva Torras was founded in 1945 in Manresa, a region whose present is shaped by its industrial past. We have inherited the metal working tradition of El Bages and Catalonia. Our approach and way of working today builds upon the know-how and entrepreneurial spirit of all those behind the success of the company since then. We are a business group with an international presence, strongly rooted in society and in the area in which we operate. Ours is a story of ongoing transformation. From the duo formed by Lluís Oliva Torras and Jaume Victori, founders of the company, to the importance assumed by Sebastián Catllà and Francesc Solé in the 70s, and the more than 400 people who make up the organisation today, led by the third generation of family members, changes have taken place in line with social, economic and technological developments. But our commitment remains unchanged.
